The Foundation’s fund, Bright Futures, is investing £1 million over three years to empower and equip people from marginalised groups to access education and employment, through one-off £2,500 Donations and larger, longer-term £10-50,000 Grants.

BRIGHT FUTURES DONATIONS

Bright Futures Donations support health and wellbeing initiatives for marginalised groups in your local communities.

By supporting health and wellbeing initiatives, the Foundation aims to strengthen the health, resilience, and inclusivity of our local communities, ensuring that individuals from marginalised groups can thrive both personally and professionally. 

PROCESS

Staff are invited to nominate eligible charities and charitable organisations with the three main steps being… 

Bright Futures Donations are delivered by the Foundation and Bright Futures Committee.

All eligible staff nominations are entered into a selection draw with 16 organisations chosen at random in each round, with two rounds delivered annually. 

Following the biannual draw, all successful donations will be approved in principle by the Foundation Board of Trustees and payments made through Charities Aid Foundation, subject to their verification and due diligence processes.

2025 DONATIONS 

Bright Futures Donations Round 1 and 2 donated £80,000 to 32 organisations ranging from inclusive sports groups and youth development initiatives to health programmes targeting long-term illnesses, additional needs education and more. Click here to find out more about the organisations supported.
